Q: What if I can’t attend — is there a refund?
A: The Thing does not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Q: How do I donate the extra ticket to scholarship?
A: During checkout you can choose “scholarship donation” for the extra ticket. If you select that, we’ll place it in our pool for someone in need.
